Our Heritage

Our Chief Designer

Aimee Lee

Bringing over a decade of fine and high jewellery expertise—including formative years as a Senior Designer at Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group—Aimee unites rigorous traditional discipline with fresh, architectural elegance.

Trained in jewellery design at Le Arti Orafe in Florence, Italy, and certified as a Graduate Gemologist (G.G.) from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), Aimee has further honed her craft through advanced gem-cutting studies.

Her design philosophy centers on architectural simplicity, celebrating the irreplaceable uniqueness of natural fancy-shaped stones, and honoring individual stories. Exhibited internationally in Paris, Birmingham, and the Hong Kong International Jewellery Show, and featured in publications such as Harper’s Bazaar and Hong Kong Tatler, Aimee views bespoke jewellery as the purest way to connect with people.

Under Aimee’s direction, every piece crafted at Shui Wo bridges master goldsmithing, precise microscopic engraving, and refined wearable art.

40 Years of Craft.

Two Generations.

One Passion.

In 1985, Shui Wo Jewellery opened its doors in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. For four decades, Sam dedicated his life at the jeweller’s bench, mastering the art of metal, stone, and form. Over 15 years ago, we introduced advanced laser engraving, mastering how light interacts with gold and silver.

Today, through Love . Express . Love, we combine Sam’s heritage benchwork with modern bespoke design—giving you a dedicated space where love is immortalized in pieces meant to be passed down.
